運行原理
Dosarton注入泵直接安裝在供水管路上，依靠經(jīng)過的水流作為運行動力。水驅(qū)動Dosarton注入泵運行，按照需要的比例將濃縮液從容器中直接吸入并注入到水中。在Dosarton泵內(nèi)，濃縮液與水充分混合，水壓將稀釋混合液輸送到下游管網(wǎng)。不管供水管路上的水量和壓力發(fā)生什么變化，所注入濃縮液的劑量與進入Dosarton泵的水量始終成比例。

High precision dosing
The DOSATRON water powered dosing pump is a simple and ingenious system that has demonstrated its worth for more than 30 years in about a hundred countries.
Installed directly in the water supply line, the Dosatron operates without electricity ; it uses the flow of water as the power source. The water activates the Dosatron, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate and injects it into the water. Inside the Dosatron, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. Once adjusted, the dispenser requires no action or external control .
The dose of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the Dosatron, regardless of variations in flow and pressure which may occur in the main line.
The high dosing precision eliminates all risks of overdosing, thus contributing to respecting the environment.

安裝
規(guī)程：在安裝Dosarton設(shè)備之前，應咨詢并符合當?shù)赜嘘P(guān)的水管理規(guī)程。
為達到*佳Dosarton使用效果，請遵守下列我們提出的安裝建議：
-根據(jù)應用的水質(zhì)情況，在Dosarton設(shè)備的上游位置安裝一個過濾器(300目[60微米])。
-每年更換一次注入器密封墊圈。
-經(jīng)常用清水清洗。
-若要調(diào)節(jié)注入比例，應先關(guān)閉供水管閥門，并使水壓降到為零。
-安裝必要的保護裝置(流量壓力調(diào)節(jié)器等)。避免受到超大流量和壓力以及水錘的危害。
-將Dosarton設(shè)備安裝在整體旁路上。
